ITP sux
Lets just accept the fact that ITP sux
Who the hell will like ITP ?
and i dun see the use of having this 7 weeks of ITP..
With this pathetic pay of $440 per month..
If wan a part-time job, I would rather go outside and find myself.
6 more weeks to endure.
1st week of ITP, it has been quite slack for me, means that it has been quite boring too..
Nothing much for me to do
Everyday I go to that place to surf the internet and sometimes just do a litlle bit of sorting of some email data and do some html coding.
Until Friday, I tio Verbal Warning. fuck.
the boss ask us......
why are we so slack, doin nthg.
I said coz we have nothing to do.
Then he said that is becoz we dun have the initiative to ask for things to do. -.-
and he still said he got a lot of tasks for us to be done -.-
wtf ? He still say that if we didn’t to take the initiative to ask for something to do and continue to slack and do nthg for the rest of the weeks, we will failed our ITP. -.-
wad else more to come, written warning? job termination? job suspension? -.-
Is like who will automatically go ask for things to do with this kind of pay in ITP.
and I have also no motivation to work.
why can’t the boss just assign us things that he want us to do. zzz
This is so fcuked up..I guess for the next few weeks there will be a lot of things for us to do alr.

Every morning when I wake up, look outside the windows........................
Another day is so sian. zzz. Everyday has to go to that place early in the morning t 9am and come out alr 6pm. sian la
Yesterday work until 8pm, is consider OT already lor. and yet there are no extra pay. zzz
I had eaten 2 packets of sweets and drank dunno how many cans of softdrinks alr on the first week of work, coz it is damn bored.
This is damn unhealthy. =z
And while working, there was NEVER a day that I fail to dozed off. zzz
Yea, I admit that most of my colleagues are nice but I just find it hard to communicate with them.
They are like around 20+, 30+ and mostly are not Singaporeans. zzzzz
Yesterday thou work till 8pm but I think I should 'thank' the boss for treating the whole company a farewell dinner at Harbour Front as 1 of my colleagues will be leaving the company soon. zzzzzz Ended up 11+ then reach home.
During the dinner, me and another intern from same course also, just feel so uncomfortable sitting in the same table and talking to them la.
All we can do is just to sit down there diam diam.
Everything they say we just nod our head. zzzzz
It feel so sucks..
Perhaps this is just how the real life working environment is like in the office
Maybe I still can’t adapt to this kind of working environment. zzz
Yes, I’ve work many times before, but This is my first Office Work. zzz
Maybe, this ITP just give us a warning that we must cherish the third year of our poly,
enjoy to the fullest..xD
Ok, I shuld now rest and relax for my beloved weekends for this 6 weeks
ITP just sux. (Full stop)

A programme that uses Cheap Labour and burns our vacation. zzzzz
All those who are having their ITP now,
I TOTALLY AGREE with your that ITP sucks and it's so sian !
Let’s endure for another 6 more weeks.
